Finally Eidos has dated Tomb Raider Anniversary for the Wii in Europe. That date my friends is December 7. As usual the game is already available in the States, with Australians having to wait until December 20 to get into Lara on the Wii.

Needless to say the controls have been somewhat tweaked for the Wii outting of Lara Croft. The game will take full advantage of the unique controls of the Wii, with puzzles being changed accordingly, to make the most out of your WiiMote.

Having played this through on another format, there’s little doubt this is one of the better Tomb Raiding titles. The use of the WiiMote to solve puzzles sounds intriguing, so if you’re looking for a game for the holiday season, Tomb Raider Anniversary could be the one.
