I love Star Fox. Really, what Nintendo fan doesn’t? However, despite the general awesomeness of the franchise, it doesn’t always manage to pump out strong games. Let’s be honest, the series really wasn’t showing it’s strength back in the Gamecube days. Despite desperately wanting to like Fox during that stretch, there really wasn’t much outside of his appearance in Smash Brothers to enjoy.

Or at least, I thought there wasn’t. As it turns out there was indeed something wonderful about Star Fox that was happening back in the days of the ‘Cube, I just didn’t know about it. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Star Fox salt and pepper shakers. Oh wait, my bad … make that the Star Fox Assault and Peppy shakers. Oh yes, yes indeed. Just look at them there in all their glory. Have you even seen a pun so bad executed so flawlessly?
