Guitar Hero in Mono?

Controversy abounds for Activision with their first Guitar Hero foray onto the Wii. Guitar Hero, of course, is an insanely popular “so you want to be a rock star” game which allows we gamers to go a step beyond air guitaring and jam out like the rockers we want to be. The controversy comes in the form of what you’d assume would be the lock-down strong suit of the game — audio. Yes, gamers everywhere are reporting that Guitar Hero 3 for the Wii astounding outputs in mono only. Yeah, go ahead and try to wrap your brain around that one. A game which exists entirely as a musical experience may, somehow, be outputting in mono. No official word has confirmed this yet from Activision, but lots of gamers are howling. And we gamers tend to be solid geek enough to know our junk.
Okay, Rock Band. This could prop the Wii door wide freaking open for you. Get on your junk and bring your game to our system. Just make sure you bring something more than mono to the table.
