From the good folks at Gizmodo comes the sad (but admittedly vaguely amusing) story of a soldier named Tony who came home from Iraq to find out his wife had been cheating on him with another man. I bet you’re wondering why a video game blog is reporting on marital infidelity, aren’t you? Well, the answer is because the man confirmed the illicit tryst with the aid of the couple’s Nintendo Wii.

The story goes something like this: tipped off by some friends, Tony confronted his wife. She denied it, and he went to the Wii for evidence. Tony found a Mii which looked suspiciously like his wife’s alleged lover, and upon checking the calendar discovered that this Wii had spent many a night playing Wii bowling alongside his wife’s Wii. Two plus two equals cheating, and thus a marriage was ended.
